Just shampoo and conditioner it if you got a hair appointment. If your hair is still at that frizzy state it’s gonna make it harder for your hair to work with
 
Literallt just go. Most of the time they ask me if i've washed my hair and they will wash it if you say you havent. Besides would using shampoo once makr you bald?
