Did 2 hours of incline treadmill walking + some steps in between walking to shops and gym.

30k total steps (including incline walk)

I ate raw cheese, beef, eggs, butter, potatoes.

your body can cuck you by reducing your NEAT when you exercise a lot (you basically feel tired and move around less after exercise)

so you think youre adding like 600 calories on top of your regular TDEE but youre not accounting for your NEAT decrease, and you fuck yourself over by eating more calories as if you have 600 to spare, when it could be less

Yes ik, i’m not re eating everything i burn. My sedentary maintenance is 2k. With all the activity inside suspect about 2.8k maintenance. You will still burn more with cardio even if your neet decreaes. just not as much as people think

I get 20k a day and was eating 2-2.2k a day when I was cutting I always had room to eat fruit n shit best way to lose weight tbh

Intensity will just make u tired and hungry, walking 20k over an extended period of time around like 12 hours its pretty achievable and mantainable

Idk Im assuming it was really low cuz I was 5’11 124

I work a insanely active job always carrying shit for 8-10 hours a day

But at the end i was super low energy now im eating 3.5k cals and gaining a pound almost 1.5 a week

I literally do not go under 300cals burned per day just from walking, another 2-300 for weightlifting and bike or stairmaster another 400, which might sound like im doing something all the time but i get hella rest

it takes a certain amount of time for your body to warm up and start really burning calories, when youre constantly having to warm up to it, youre spending less time exerting yourself while youre in full calorie-burning mode, more in warming up mode (i only say this because my fitness app on my iphone always counts less calories while taking short walks, than what you'd expect as a fraction of my longer walks)

intermittent fasting can be great if it works for you, but for me it doesnt

the cognitive effects of fasting are unpleasant for me, makes me not wanna work or do anything other than eat
