I tried 415 lbs but only got it halfway up. Couldn't lock it out. On a program to get my max to 435 lbs.

My best was 550 pounds, but I don't do lower body. If my lower body was on par, I probably could get past 600

Nice. My friend has been dealing with injuries for years so he cannot get new records. He is 78kg.
 
Mirin. I injured my shoulder (rotator cuff) in May and last night was my first chest training session in four months. I’ve lost so many gains and muscle mass but my legs have gotten huge since it’s been leg day every day in this time.
How to best progress on bench?

no bench PR for ur biacromial width to costal margin to iliac crest width ratio, attachment sites, osseous density, horizontal costal cartilage length, androgen receptor density variability, alpha-actinin-3, angiotensin-converting enzyme, peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma coactivator 1-alpha, nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2

I do 145kg (330 ish) at 16 rn but wow bro that’s impressive

just prioritize incline bench over flat bench. once you are able to do a shit ton of weight on incline you can do a lot more on flat
