So I didn't do any pushups in the last 5 months.I also stopped working out like 5 months ago due to my depression but I started working out again recently(just not pushups)
So today I felt strong and high t and I thought that I would easily do at least 5 pushups .
I was wrong even while listening to music I couldn't do more then 2 pushups.Brutally over for me.While doing these 2 pushups it felt like my muscle fibres were torn apart.
But I will keep gymmaxxing anyways even tho I have bad genes etc.
Like 5 months ago when I was really locked in with gymcelling I could do 16 max idk if that's a good amount I think it's not especially for the effort I put into that .
Anybody else who is weak like me?

For me I’m weak to the point where if it literally hold a like a 4kg bag but my arm is at like a 70degree angle instead of a 90 straight as an arrow I literally cannot use it for 3-4 days.

There was a day where I was “paralyzed” couldn’t get my arm up to a certain point lol.

For me I’m weak to the point where if it literally hold a like a 4kg bag but my arm is at like a 70degree angle instead of a 90 straight as an arrow I literally cannot use it for 3-4 days.

I don’t remember the last time I actually did pushups but I can easily do 20 . Cuz I’m skinny af

damn , I have the opposite problem of not gaining fat at all , I can’t feel hunger unless it’s 15+ hours and I throw up eating more than 3,500+ calories:feelsbadman:

My record is 35 with perfect form and 103 with not so good form and also shaking arms, while the other is still on the ground, if you know what that is

Shoot I'm 37 and I don't believe there's ever been a time in my life, even after like six years of no exercise, where I wouldn't be able to do at least 20 push ups on the spot. I'm 217 lb now and it's been at least a year and a half since I've done a single push up. I bet I could do at least 25 right now. All the way down and up flat as a board.

Talking about feeling "high T" and shit. That can't be normal for people your age.

That's terrible. I ain't never been good at sports myself. Didn't really care about them. Sprinting's not my strong suit either. I was about average when diddling around in sports but I've never been just weak like that.

Do you get tired easily and have to rest a lot when walking a really far distance? Have you ever walked a really far distance before?

When i was active i could do 150-200 pushups nonstop now I only do 30-50
