So I didn't do any pushups in the last 5 months.I also stopped working out like 5 months ago due to my depression but I started working out again recently(just not pushups)
So today I felt strong and high t and I thought that I would easily do at least 5 pushups .
I was wrong even while listening to music I couldn't do more then 2 pushups.Brutally over for me.While doing these 2 pushups it felt like my muscle fibres were torn apart.
But I will keep gymmaxxing anyways even tho I have bad genes etc.
Like 5 months ago when I was really locked in with gymcelling I could do 16 max idk if that's a good amount I think it's not especially for the effort I put into that .
Anybody else who is weak like me?
