I cannot gain weight no matter how hard I try

Dude just make a 1000 calories smothie every night before you go to bed.

That’s a lot of food? When I try to bulk I usually eat double of that but I still don’t gain shit. I drink like 3 or 4 ensures a day and then eat chicken breast and three eggs and then drink a protein shake with milk and oatmeal and ice cream and peanut butter

Then you might have some sort of medical issue because yes, what I listed is close to 5000 cals
I deadass look like that

Can I do this at age 15 without fucking up my hormonal system? That’s what I’m worried about, I’d like to take roids but don’t want to fuck myself up permanently
JFL dude, no dont take gear, especially not at 15.

I’ve heard Mk is trash tho
It makes you a lot hungrier, so it would help in your endeavor. It does, however, also increase your chances of developing diabetes.

OP, I recommend to you 250 mgs testosterone enanthate, 250 mgs equipoise, and 100 mgs trenbolone enanthate every 3.5 days for 16 weeks. Do this, and you will no longer be skinny. Eat whatever you want.

Idk why I comment to help you, because Im also really skinny. feel like i never can gain weight, but here are some actual good advice:

- drink smoothies etc with much calories, so u dont get tired of eating. cause u have to eat alot
- mealprep, have a routine, makes it easier for u

im however considering roids

You either found a way to break the laws of physics and thermodynamics or you are a little whiny bitch who can't consistently consume more calories

First one

Unlikely unless your digestive system is fucked and you don't digest the food you eat. Anyone can gain weight. Just add ice cream with every meal if you can't get in enough normal food. and track your daily consumption with myfitnesspal. I guarantee if you keep hitting your kcal goals you will start piling on weight

What else is high calorie, like breakfast foods
Eat high carb bro it won’t fill you as quick and you can cram in more calories also drink like 4 protein shakes through out the day and snack on high calorie granola bars and maybe throw in a burger or two you’ll gain atleast 10 pounds first month

NIGGA WHAT
He’s probably stunted his growth already.
He has a BMI of 13.4 and below 18.5 is underweight, JFL.
He must have really good genes for him to already be 6’0 at 15 but he could’ve probably already been 6’2.

Yes, actually, there’s this phenomenon called catch up growth. I read a study on it and growth plate senescence today.

“Subsequent studies have shown evidence that this local catch-up growth results from delayed growth plate senescence. Growth-inhibiting conditions slow senescence, including the decline in the chondrocyte proliferation rate, the size of the hypertrophic chondrocyte and, consequently, the rate of longitudinal bone growth [9, 12]. Therefore, when the growth-inhibiting condition resolves, the growth plates grow more rapidly than is normal for age, resulting in catch-up growth.”

“Clinically, catch-up growth has been observed after growth inhibition due to a variety of causes, including hypothyroidism, malnutrition (the one that concerns you), and glucocorticoid excess.”

Study: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3420820/

Basically, you’ll have to start eating properly from now on.
