I can’t believe I used to slam beef and eggs every day thinking I was “healing” 💀 I used to eat nothing but meat, raw milk, raw liver, honey, and wonder why I had brain fog, no energy, dry skin, and dogshit sleep.


Literal subhuman carnivore tier diet. Fiber at 0. Nutrients flatlined. Gut bacteria extinct. My farts could knock out a horse and I still thought it was “detox.”


I was sleeping 9–10 hours and waking up tired thinking it was “adaptation.” No bro, that was my body begging for real nutrition and carbs.


Now I eat oats, fruit, legumes, potatoes, rice, some lean protein, real human fuel. I sleep better, look better, train harder. Never going back to that steakcel brainrot diet again.
