These fucking simple carb cravings I give into, now that Im eating it it tastes disgusting tbh. It’s too fucking sweet. Apples, bananas. I just eat them out of habit once a day

My main source of carbs are now pumpkin, (sweet) potatoes soaked ofc, eggplant, zucchini, tomato, cucumber, avocado, lemon

I eat one simple carb a day. Tho I did bite into some ‘stevia filled chocolate’

Its funny how I’m basically eating in the top 99 percentile of health. Most people struggle with fucking mcdonalds and dorito and ice cream addictions. I feel prpud to say I struggle with apple and banana cravings :lul:

Okay so he’s right that high protein, high carb low fat is good for weightloss and getting lean and even gaining muscle but I’d argue for a majority of people if not all being high fat low carb is objectively netter because fat is the precursor to our hormones of our bodies and we dont really need carbs. He’s not wrong at all though
 
So you're obsessing over switching from bananas/apples to pumpkin nd shit. Obvious sign of mental illness. You should be eating about one fruit a day, and then veggies with dinner. It's not complicated, stop obsessing over it.

u eventually get full from doritos, ciggies too, that's when you're body tells u it gets unhealthy
