I cant fix my sleep schedule

i sleep during morning and i am awake at night, i do work and homework at night and then i go to school and when i come home i sleep and wake up at like 10pm and the cycle continues. whenever i try to fix my schedule i just feel like complete shit, this started happening last summer when my friend group would just sleep at morning and then go out at night and i have never felt better and i have been unable to fix the schedule since, but its not healthy and i got uni next year so i need help

antihistamines/melatonin and good night other than that idk just alot of steps and working out regularly but this in my experience only helps to a degree.

How much you can pay me so i would say how to fix ts?
 
when u have a break from school try doing an all nighter and staying awake until around 9-12 at night since yo will be tired at that point. the next day you should wake up in the morning. keep doing this until you can sleep at the desired time

look into magnesium glycinate and supp it so you can sleep at night and do the rest of ur work durin the day
