I have alot of things handled now in life, but Its very necessary for me to fix my sleep schedule for my looks, health, and happiness.

I need it for my heightmaxxing to which sucks since I already know what to do and have most things figured out, and sleeps a very big part of it.

Someone help

Try magnesium glycentate 1500mg you can get it off Amazon and 10mg of melatonin there's a mouth spray that has melatonin and it's been working so well for me

Tire your self out, exercise whatever get tired as fuck.

Pick a time when you want to go sleep, say 11pm.

Get in bed at around 10.

Take magnesium and melatonin if possible.

Ah youre back, why did you leave for a couple weeks?
Im not back but I had to fix some issues, they still arent fixed which is why im leaving again. Just wanted to let people know Im fine
