im 6'0 and 145lbs i literally can not gain weight without getting acne because i dont know what to eat to bulk and maintain good skin for cheap

Honestly just risk it.

It's better to be a normal weight for the rest of your life than have acne for a few months on a bulk.

Most people say during a lean bulk you should eat into a 300-500 calorie surplus, mostly whole foods.

Also to maintain good skin look into retinoids (tretinoin, etc.). If they're too expensive look into IndiaMart.

id just use 20 mg isotretinoin ATP.

go for natty for a year and actually surplus 300-500 dont underestimate if it isnt enough after that timeframe id leverage hgh and test you are so so tiny man ): but only (if) you genuinely struggle natty

i dont like when ppl say hop on gh and test so quickly but also as someone lifting awhile 4-5 years now i too know the risks as a healthy teen being enhanced is low if yk how to cycle :feelshmm:

similar to working out androgens need time to run their course if you blast for 6 months youll get nothing

now if you are okay with closure and blast for years in puberty i do think it will aid in bone growth because its mainly testosterone and IGF-1 and most importantly genetic expression or do not be dorky just genetics bro

same for "hyperresponders"; they arent actually needing gear to respond lol they tend to just be dudes who cant put the work in their receptors need, natty to grow. So they add test, tren, GH, drols, and sure that's fun, but also they limit themselves by not having a good gym routine and understanding of bodybuilding (important if you want to do it or not its the basis of a halo)

I was looking through most viewed threads the other day and saw a thread talking about a drug that supposedly increases androgen receptor sensitivity.

the thing is i cant take hgh because i have a injury that makes my eye swollen and it would just make it worse

the thing is i cant take hgh because i have a injury that makes my eye swollen and it would just make it worse
