I cant string 2 sentences together while talking irl

I will never be able to do an interview or become a politician. In my early adulthood i noticed how bad i was at interviews and long sentences. Writing is much easier for me.

I realized when I was younger I was much more versatile in speaking and I could express myself very easily.

Now my brain has to think of every word in slow order to say a complete sentence
