If you get cut while playing or fighting do you consider that a surgery? Nope.

Then if you're cut by a surgeon, that shouldn't be perceived as a surgery either. You're just paying a dude to cut your face specifically. You're still you, but better rearranged.

On the other hand, if you get silicone implants, botox, fillers, than you're "cheating" on your looks because you're adding something that is not yours and natural.
