literally any1 who weighs as much as you and go to the gym for 1.5 years ,yes and also your like 170 pounds 5'7 your build is just very compact and stocky ofc you can move mass

I am 75 kg and I can bench almost x2 my bodyweight, I doubt anyone can bench that with 1.5 years natural

i know but this is frauded bench with arch and very wide grip soo low range of motion

yes but why train casually like that? if any1 does wide grip and arch they can do 20 percent more,so this is really only like 75 kg unfrauded for 20 which is kinda bad

my max bench is 65 kg but i only go gym once every 2 months with my brother and i weigh 73 kg and i have skinny asf arms,im pretty sure if i trained for a year i could do this with ease if i did wide grip and arch,no offence

Nigga my bench is very good for a 75 kg bodyweight person and wide grip is the best for chest work
