I did it (bimax before and after)

Here's the guy's picture using the actual method:

View attachment 4040493

Still slight downwards head tilt. Not frankfurt. Tragion meets with his eye, the middle point of his infraorbital rim still sits well below the line.

Not saying it makes a massive difference in his case, but considering his side profile already looks fine and he's trying to nitpick, he may as well take a picture that is actually on the frankfurt plane, instead of slightly anti-frauding.
the fuck is anti frauding :feelskek:

@esoterik bro just install fucking snap and talk to those JBs sluts and you'll fucking slay them

Your problem is high inhib and lack of trying, not your looks
whats snap

Makes you look slightly worse. Similar to how recessed niggas tilt their head up to fraud forward growth, you can also tilt your head down to fraud downward growth.

thats the thing tho, u cant exactly fraud downward growth in the way you think, if u have good forward growth, even if ur tilting your head down, its obvious that u are forwardly grown, you can see alignment matches

also, ff is unrealistic for frauding/anti fruading because people dont naturally rest their head like it, theses are my best pics with my more dominant side profile and photo retakes so they are kinda fruading in a way

You're misunderstanding what I'm saying here.

When I said you draw a line from the top of the ear, I'm referring to a line you draw from the top of the ear, to the top of the eye (they should align)
You don't draw the frankfurt plane from the top of the ear like in your original post. Using the top of the ear as some landmark makes no sense because obviously people have very different size ears and the whole point of the frankfurt plane and getting the correct orientation is to use bony landmarks

As for the other posts you've spammed at me I never said esoterik's pic was a perfect frankfurt plane but it's reasonable enough for a decent assessment - because remember you said the angle was "not neutral at all"... when clearly it is somewhat neutral.

I know, you're going to just keep arguing like everyone does on this forum when something is pointed out to them that they don't like so consider this my last message broski

When I did claim it as some landmark? I only propose it as an alternative to the normal method if you want a dumbed down version, because you need a somewhat decent understanding of facial anatomy to make sense of the frankfurt plane. It's very rare that you someone with an ear size which skews the measurement significantly, which is enough for it to be used as a simplified method, albeit not a deterministic one.

And yes, I did overexaggerate the extent to which his head was downward tilted, my apologies. Although in his case it's somewhat significant and he's a mentalcel schizophrenic, so he may as well have that resolved.

This whole argument is pointless, not sure why you've started arguing. We both agree on the same points, I only proposed some method that works in majority of cases for people who aren't well versed on the subject, never said anything about it being deterministic or some landmark. Worth this whole argument? Probably not.

@Blackgymmax what do u recon his rate is before vs after
Looks like he’s mtn. His side doesn’t look good still and I’m pretty sure his front is awful. He also has no ang at all.

20 days post op
6mm maxilla forward movement
7 degree CCW with hip bone graft
12mm mandible advancement
no genio/chin modification

will post front in a few weeks when swelling is gone
painless surgery, the worst pain I had was some headaches and it was like 5/10 on the scale, literally not as scary as ppl make it out to be lmfao
lost 4kg in a week, slowly regaining weight, and already have 2 finger wide bite

how much was it? was it covered by insurance?

Imo mandible was too advanced, I think it would be more harmonious with smaller movement, maybe 10 mm!?

Just from the side it looks bit uncanny, the length of the jaw that is, no?
also my first thought. But the guy is still swelling which most likely will explain the uncanny look.

The before is a recessed subhuman. You can't be serious. There was no 'harmony'.

It's only 20 days post op, he is swelling still, to look this good early on is a great sign that the procedure went well.
The before looks elegant and classy the after is a uncanny dog

he only needed a small advancement in the mandible or even only a genio imo
