U can make decent gains as long as u stay consistent, progressively overload and have good form along with eating a decent amount. U don't need to count everything or stress or every little detail. Its supposed to be fun not stressful which is why i said its not that deep. If ur face is already good u don't even need to worry that hard its a bonus IMO and helps u compete with other slayers. U don't have to become a bodybuilder to benefit from it. A lean physique (so u can showcase abs) with decent amounts of muscle is enough to post on tinder and help it boost ur profile. Thats why I'm saying its not that deep cuz it rlly isn't unless u absolutely need the gym to boost ur smv.
LMAO. Yea i guess its alot of info. It took me 2 weeks with a gymbuddy to get the hang of the form stuff and once i got that down its been hella fun ever since. Every time i go i know I'm increasing my smv, even if its by a small amount. I feel myself getting stronger and it makes me more confident in day to day activities and life in general. Maybe get a personal trainer (cheap one tho), go with a gymbuddy who knows their stuff or watch youtube. if that still raises your cortisol u can always do bodyweight exercises like pushups, pullups, dips, ab workout stuff etc paired with cardio and u will still make some gains, even tho it will be less IMO. Its not supposed to be stressful so don't do it if it is. But IMO u can make it alot less stressful by getting a trainer or going with a gymbuddy. When i first started gymcelling I was good looking facially but a legit twig. Like no muscle on my bones bro i had no confidence. Now my arms are actually a lot bigger, although I don't look jacked asf or anything i legit have had people asking me what have i done and shit and that feels good.
