Diaphragm got fucked more than bonnie blue

I can’t fucking move man, at first it was alright but now after like 5 hours I’m near paralyzed
Feels like my heart is just pounding and hurting

I’m probably fine tho, just pressure constantly
Brutally over

Pump was juicy today tho

I’m not, I’m just not coming out of bed until this pressure is gone.
It doesn’t feel THAT bad, it just feels constantly ykwim

why would you do the death grip in the first place, no benefit to it

and benching isn’t needed for anything nowadays unless you’re in a powerlifting comp

Didn’t really think about grip tbh, I’m just so used to using death grip on the smith and basically any other exercise that I forgot benching could kill me :dafuckfeels:

Once I cleared that plateau, 140 came really quick

its mainly cos im 75kg rn and my tricep strength has heavily plateaued i used to fullstack the tricep pressdown for reps and shoulder press 38kg each arm but i stopped going gym as regularly and lost abit of gains in select areas, can still bang out 100kg as i did today anyways thanks brah 🫡

It’s like a slingshot tbh, once you fully lock in again you’ll shoot straight past your previous prime with ease
