I got debilitating depression and tinnitus in my left ear

The tinnitus is not so bad. I only use the right ear pod now so I think it will go away. What is of far more concern though is the crippling depression that's being plaguing my mind. I find everything hard and I just wanna lay down. It's a good thing I can, since a job would absolutely crush me.
