Dude to be sure you avoid diabetes get berberine daily, it is cheap and works. don't use metformin not only will it inhibit endogenous gh production it will also ruin ur thyroid without thyroid u won't efficiently turn gh into igf

Also other stuff to control your blood pressure, buy a p-glucose kit and keep a low carb diet

Op, at 7,5iu hgh+ you prolly will give yourself T2 diabetes if you are not careful. You be better cycle a keto and taking a insulin mimic like berberine/metformin.
Insulin is an activator of AKT and Metformin activates AMPK. If you balance AKT and AMPK naturally you won't get diabetes.
I strongly advise you tell ur doctor about this, but the most recommanded dose is 1-2g berberine since metformim inhibs gh production
