im rotting in the gym and on this stupid website,i should be having fun with my friends and getting girls like a normal teen but each day is the same wake up go shower go to the gym eat rot on this forum hop on a game,watch youtube or scroll on instagram occasionally and go sleep.How do i break the cycle

Figure out what you really want to do with your life and set goals to reach it. This will give you something to chase after instead of being a slave to your own pathetic complacency.

Then find a catalyst to push yourself out of your mundane life. It doesn't even have to be something that always keeps you in a perpetual state of constant motivation tbh, rather it just needs to be something that can push you out of the place you're stuck in now to get things moving.

You already have a basic routine set up even if it isn't as optimized as it could be it's still a good starting foundation to incorporate activities that will help you reach your goals
