I HATE OHP

OHP is the easiest to progress on for me, the hardest is probably bicep curl because it takes longer to make noticeable strength gains in the bicep

I am weak as shit. I do 37.5kg bench and 40kg maybe seems reachable next week.

I got shit strength

Idk why you obsess over it but it’s most likely your triceps. Improve your close grip bench press and build your triceps
