I’ve been considering a custom infraorbital–malar implant to address both the under-eye support and cheek projection.
My question is:
Would infraorbital fat grafting alone be insufficient since it doesn’t address the underlying bone structure? (-3mm)
Would a combination approach (fat grafting for the infraorbital area + strictly malar implants for zygomatic projection) make more sense?
--> a sub-question to that would be are malar implants the perferred option for zygote manipulation.
I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone with experience or knowledge on this.
