I’ve been considering a custom infraorbital–malar implant to address both the under-eye support and cheek projection.

My question is:
Would infraorbital fat grafting alone be insufficient since it doesn’t address the underlying bone structure? (-3mm)

Would a combination approach (fat grafting for the infraorbital area + strictly malar implants for zygomatic projection) make more sense?
--> a sub-question to that would be are malar implants the perferred option for zygote manipulation.

I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone with experience or knowledge on this.

Your zygos are closer to be considered highest than meduimset
You just lack of support if you had more wide zygos you would have pct also
But you'll need zygo/malar, temples implants

temples implants interesting. I think my zygotes are around 75%. I'd love your opinion on my infras. also temple implants? First time i'm hearing about them tell me more

I said temples because it can help on the harmony because if you put only on zygos a lot like 3-4+ it's gonna make you look like alien and if you put extra 2-3mm on temples, it will make it more harmonious plus it can make your lateral part of your eyes, brows gain slightly more positive look
Infras would be perfect for reccesion/flat maxxila and make the illusion that you have more deepset eyes and cover you ct.
Probably you need an palate expansion mouth/lips are close

I wonder if a more moderate change on my zygotes would be more beneficial, my bigonial width is 90 as of rn, I wonder if making it much more pronounced would not benefit me. I do think I need more forward projection on my zygotes rather than lateral in this case. in terms of palate expansion my palates actually quite big, I think im making a retarded face in the photo lmfao also alar base reduction from my rhino would fix my nose to lip ratio. For ct I plan to get a canthoplasty, my eyelashes make my eyes seem more negative than they are (neutral around 3 degrees rn). let me know what you think.
