Really similar to Dr. Garrett Smith's approach. Appreciate the insight.I dont have an opinion on Chicken hearts as i never ate it but yea you can eat it sometimes, but focus more on lean meat. About peating , its basically a band aid to health problems you'll never actually cure your health problems doing that infact your health might become worse after some time doing it , depending on people toxic load.
Beans are super good , great fiber in it. Fiber is the main gun which will deload toxicity from your body through your poop by binding to bile.
Organic offcourse if you can get it.
My nutrition is basically Chicken , little rice, lots of beans , Organic oats, and i take like 5-6 teaspoons of psylium husk ( im basically fibermaxxing) , apples , bananas and occasional potatoes and green beans cooked with bit of olive oil. Everything i cook with a bit of olive oil.
Supplements i take are essential minerals such as - Zinc , selenium , molybdenum , here and there magnesium chloride and potassium chloride if i do need it.
Basically what you want is intoxing less and detoxing more , and over time it'll make you healthier and healthier as your system gets cleaner.
I can only get "regular" beans, not organic ones. Would you say it's still better than no beans at all, considering the soluble fibers' detoxification potential?
Also, what do you think about pasteurized/thermized dairy?
