water + gum combo will nuke ur appetite temporarly, caffiene and nicotine are both good stimulants to stop hunger but I wouldnt start snusing/smoking if ur not already addicted to them

Ya I’m gonna do 1850kcal, gal of water a day, potassium maxxing, gym 6 days a week 45 mins, cardio an hour a day (zone 2 ofc)

Ya I agree with the fasting science. I think digestion maxxing is the way tho, I used to be on omad but digestion was bad so imma just fast when I wake up and take it from there

For steep deficits there’s good data that shows if u up ur protein past 1g/lb you’ll maintain more muscle or even build new tissue so rlly focus on that, especially since as a natural your body will try break down muscle first

A LOT of water, potassium, A LOT of cardio/steps, carlorie deficit, fasted diet, caffiene as a stimulant and gum
