ima be real idk much about gym and specific exercises but i got a friend who does. but i would suggest getting coordinated, (so get a split and train ur whole body or just the parts u care about), and i guess just shoulder exercises like lat raises etc but im not an expertYea but I’m really uncoordinated there. Now I just need the confidence to do it in my local community gymOk here is the holy grail of frame: dumbbell lateral raises.
Basically you put a dumbbell in each hand while standing up, then lean forward slightly. Finally you move the dumbbells up with your arms almost completely straight (elbows slightly belt) to your head line then put it back down. Do it to failure.
Other muscle groups are important for gymmaxxing and you will look weird with just developed mid delts but by God this is 90% of frame right here.

What exercises are best ?If you're untrained, try to grow your bidelt, people underestimate how OP newbie gains are.
If you're a hardcore gymcel (doubt it), hop on some roids as a last resort, the sides are very horrible tho, and if you do take them i would recommend taking trt doses (100-300lg) for life
(Or if you're lazy bum, get shoulder pads)

Find one which you like and ENJOY doing then do a normal gym routine and add reps or weight every week

I’m telling you overdeveloped mid delts and lats will make your frame better but if you only do that you will look hella uncanny. Hamza gives a no bullshit guide on the muscle groups you want to train. It isn’t that many.Alright I’ll see about that. I just want a decent frame
