Same here. Got on Accutane when I was 15. Face acne was gone. Back acne came back. It's not too much, but it's still there. It's to be expected when you have ubermensch levels of testosterone. Don't get on tren though, it'll become way worse.

Idk... But I'm really horny and i suffer from back acne since 2020 (13M)
The best i have done so far is reducing it to a few non painful pimples on my back.
I change my bed sheets once in a month and wash my pillow cover once a week or so. Plus i wash my back with a mug of diluted dettol antiseptic Liquid.
