I have Acne scars and was thinking of doing microneedling with this microneedler but im sure if i should just save up and go to a professional to gurantee results or just go with this. My scars vary in depth so im not sure if this is worth my money or not.

accutane isnt primarily used for scars, there are far better options available

for acne scars the best treatments with smallest side effects: chemical peels, properly done Subscision. Lazers can destroy fat cells underneath causing accelerated aging, and microneedling leaves a strange texture not to mention the new collagen that forms is different from natural...

I personally am saving for a Phenol peel (6k), and may do some Subscision as well.
