eyelid pulling (@shawarmafilth’s method), hydrocortisone, bonesmashing, eyelashmaxing, growing hair, gymmaxing. makeupmaxing is an absolutely massive one (ascends me to legit like mid lite), but it makes the most sense to do it after youve already ascended, for a number of reasons.
well they are all different and all target very specific things. i was never obese or an acnecel, so the two craziest softmaxes are out of the question, but i would say that bonesmashing definitely had a huge impact on my looks
ive had a lot of reports that ahk-cu mogs even minox for that. ive personally used the ordinary lash & brow serum and it helped a decent bit. all depends on your situation though, and if they absolutely refuse to grow in thickness - then get nanoblading for a thicker look
yeah, but it mainly came from my supra development. frontalis botox & aforementioned nanoblading (along the bottom) can lower them tho
i have minimal (t1) uee, and my eyelids are pretty much fully covered by lashes. but yeah it can definitely help even if you have more severe uee, i have seen many examples.
depends on how bad they are. there are actually legit volufiline formulations out there, but you just need to look for them. one that i know for sure is the one from the ordinary (great brand overall tbh). other things i would recommend would be vitamin c serum (ive tried a few, but the one that actually had an amazing effect for my insomniac ass was the garnier one. it comes in either 4% (twice daily) or 10% (nightly) concentration. i got both and use the former in the morning, and the latter at night. i noticed an instant improvement upon very first application from the 4% one, and i still dont know how shit like that is even possible
the fact that eyelid pulling works should be common knowledge, but people either fuck it up, or refuse to do it entirely, just calling it cope instead - which it isnt. another one, which is pretty popular, but is kinda underestimated - is contacts. i had a pair of a40 contacts, but they didnt suit me because i have green eyes, so i gave them to my persian mate who had t50s, and he has an insane eye color halo anywhere he goes now (it literally acts as a conversation starter sometimes)
honestly, i doubt it. you can try training orbicularis oculi (the proper way, not like those tiktok retards), but that still has varying results (although still wont hurt to try). also you can usually get lower lid retraction (unless your infras actually require implants) instead, which is wayyyy less invasive.
duh. 16 weeks, started off with 500mg, but there was a time period where i ran 1g. i also have perviously used tran, anadrol and anavar. when i was on 500, i would use enanthate, usually pinning 250 twice a week into delts. throughout the whole cycle, my panels were completely perfect (besides sex hormones ofc), which shows just how important ancillaries are. remember to take all necessary ancillaries at appropriate doses!
^this, but i also completely forgot about chewing and neck training. great for increasing bigonial and neck width (although for me it just kinda grew on its own). masseter training wouldnt quite get you the same results that flared gonions would (less angular), but would still ascend ur harmony and dimo.
it would be easier for me to name what i DIDNT do, which would be canthus cutting, plier pulling & buccal lipolysis injections (although ive done them elsewhere). the roi bit honestly depends on your baseline, as ive already told a user above that i was never fat and always had perfect skin. personally, roids and bonesmashing (not simulataneously bc i bonesmashed before roiding) and making my coloring perfect probably changed me the most drastically tho.
mewing should be done regardless, as it is more of a maintenance thing rather than a straight up looksmax. if you were to mew from early childhood though, you would definitely develop way better than if you didnt.

500 test 4 gh + ancillaries is a very solid starter cycle. just make sure to eat and train optimally, for roids are but an amplifier to those.
none of them were really that risky, but i do think that im just turbo low inhib. probably roids, and even those are giga safe if you do everything proper. i did manually extract chin filler once, but thats more of a fix rather than a softmax, if that makes any sense.
