Thumbulling, hardmewing, forward clenching, palate and jaw expansion work fucking amazing for me.

I have hypermobility, which may be an indicator for malleable bones.

Right now i'm HTN recovering mouthbreather, but i'm aspiring for Chadlite before 20 (18 now).

Hey quick question how can I determine if they'll work on me? I'm going to make a giant thread (reveal?) about it as it seems to be an issue I can tackle myself

They always work to some extend, but you'll have to see for yourself if it's worth the pain (literally, it fucking hurts).

Fuck I still have some time until I hit the jaw-wall at Mach 1 where they become old and unable to develop further
