I have trouble talking to girls and I'm 16.

I'm not sure if this is the right forum, sorry if it isn't.

I'm 16 and I have had a few girlfriends before but I broke up with them all for the same reason, which is the fact that I can't talk to girls at all. I know its because I was called ugly a few years ago by a girl I liked which totally ruined my confidence, which is then when I started going to the gym, but even after that my confidence has remained the same. No matter how the girl looks, no matter how long I've known them for, I still can't talk to them, when talking to girls I'm awkward, weird, and I always basically need to have a male friend around, so that when things get awkward they can jump in and help me. I have tried asking for help before from people I know, but none of them took it serious, and I genuinely need help.

you need to get the idea out of your head that women are alien and treat them like you would treat any other person, even if they look good. Women are also still people at the end of the day, they eat sleep shit and get horny just like men. Idk if you watch porn but if you do shut it down completely, if you have an MTN+ friend plunge yourself into very social situations with them

Yeah, I understand what you are saying, but I have tried that before, I just dont stop stuttering and I cant look them in the eye. I dont mean to see them as different. It could be because of porn, but quitting that has been impossible so far, I dont do it often though, like once or twice every other week, I can't quit I end up going back, I don't know why. Now as far as hanging around people MTN+, I'm not sure if they are as I don't understand rating, and the people I talk to don't really hang around girls if thats what you were heading towards. MTN just means the average guy, not noticably ugly but not hot either. You could probably quit porn by being too busy to consume it. If you have enough to do throughout the day it probably won't even come to mind. And after a while when you get horny just hangout with a girl or call one. u need humor, and easier said than done but js go for it lifes too short, women worth being w do not make the first move and i dont get why they should, we are the men.
