Got these. I’m telling u bros I started wearing like cheap silicone one time use one (but I kept re sticking them), and I could definitely tell a difference with how I was being treated. If anything it was more noticable with guys, like I gained more respect

Ik through pics it seems like no diff. Irl it’s very noticeable. And it allows to wear any clothing u want, cus it gives u a good frame no matter what if u know what I mean, also u don’t need to constantly flex or hold frame cus it just does it for u pretty much

Bruh no correlation. This is about ur frame in clothing. Some shirts can make u look like u never lifted, this fixes it

Not sure about roids, but if you have healthy shoulders, it's stupid not to train them. Wish my were healthier, can only do limited and careful exercises.
