man fuck this shit. from times im able to reject junk food and stuff but i just cant stop drinking sugary drinks.just water tea and shit like that doesnt cut it.
and also i eat a lot of pastries, bread and stuff.
any weakwilledcels like me?

Tbh it's much better than to be addicted to alcohol or cigettes. I don't see the negative effects, many normies are addicted to coffee or energy drinks. You can go to the gym consistently to burn fat

yeah i dont drink or smoke but i just want to stop consuming sugar altogether.
