Yeah, also increasing canthal tilt, maybe changing medial Canthus, adding orbital projection, increase of bizygo as a whole, nose Bridge widening... Literally perfect surgery for every failo cheekbones and above

Kind of, but the eyes aren't moved further in like with orbital decompression, the orbitals around them are brought forward
Now this is a monobloc osteotomy and a very severe advancement, idk if that's achievable, but it's the only decent pic I found rn to demonstrate my point

Bro, with that much money just pay stacy escorts once a month and socialcirclemax + status max + become NT enough to fuck normies/high-tier normies in between. Would be a much safer bet than gambling with cosmetic surgeries, which often can go very wrong.
