I went from 85 kg to sub-65 kg. Still need to lose around another 5 kg before I call it quits.

Good job, how's your body comp though?

You have good muscle tone underneath? Or will you just end up skinny lean.

Do you still think everyone here mogs you

First I did waterfasting for a total of 10 days spread over the first month, then I switched to OMAD but with <250 kcal/day and a weekly cheat day. One week I had an entire cheat week so I didn’t reach my goals sooner.

Thanks bhai! I just checked and it was exactly 20. But that was on a more empty stomach. Now it’s 20.1. :ogre: I started off at 26.8 (overweight) and at my heaviest this year I was 27.6.

My focus was losing weight. I’m not muscular.

Nobody is perfect mashallah
Very true, bhai. Very true. :Comfy: Not eating a lot is actually sunnah (the ways of the prophet). A saying of the prophet apparently goes like this: your stomach must be filled with 1/3 food, 1/3 liquid and 1/3 air. Gluttony is not good.
