Gonna try again tomorrow but blend it with apple juice and use 3 tomatoes instead of 4

Dont juice kale it has goitrogens and oxalate in it. Especially bad raw, plus its literally worthless nutritionally.
I would also peel and deseed the tomatoes if you REALLY want to eat them for some reason.
Otherwise just do carrots or carrots + celery.
That said fuck carotenoids just eat liver for that R E T I N O L B A B Y

I'm getting round to accepting the liver pill but its kinda gross.

I realized where I fucked up anyway, I needed to used
tomato concentrate, not whole tomatoes (will still put in one tomato for good measure).
