I measured my midface and FHWR . I need help with mouth width

. 1.08 midface and 1.88 FHWR. Also ES ratio of 0.47 I think aswell . My nose to mouth. Ratio is pretty bad tbh it’s 1.38 lol . Any tips to widen mouth tbh ?. My palate is very wide , it shows like 12 teeth but my lips are narrow how do I make them wider????
. I heard surgery causes scars . And I don’t want that .
Does that one mouth widening appliance work or is it cope ???

It’s not worth it in your case OP

ideally the mouth width should be the same width as chin and the distance between the irises

that said if you wanna make your lips wider you need to do something about your chin too, you have 2 choices: lateral commisuroplasty to widen the angles of the mouth and implants/fillers for the chin, the alternative is mse + msdo to widen maxilla (it widens mouth, zygos and ipd by a small amount too) and chin + alar base reduction because mse is gonna make your nose wider too
