Since then got on t3, used caffeine and aspirin, even went on a dnp cycle for a month albeit low dose but still this was taken 5 seconds ago



How unlucky can I be bro? Literal drugs that burn your body from the inside out is still not making me lean:feelswah::feelswah::feelswhy: And don’t tell me my shit is fake it gave me yellowf piss( literally looked like a mango juice) made me sweaty lethargic and hot,I just don’t understand why I’m cursed this way

Only explanation i have is visual changes are minimal from 24 to 18 percent and biggest change is 18 to 12. I’ve also heard bloating after dnp cycle may be there for 5 days so I may look leaner on the 1st of January ( my cycle ended today)

eat in a slight deficit and up the animal proteins you need more muscle mass srs lean muscle meat is good for cellular health body composition

Judging from how stretchy that flab was, you must have literally zero muscle mass. Subhuman af. I’m kind of like this too. Anyway you have to suck it up, gymcel and be active. Do a lot of weight lifting, the idea is to burn fat while either gaining muscle or minimizing muscle loss

I lost over 100 pounds eating MCDONALDS (was never skinnyfat) by just counting calories and working out, anybody can do this shit.

The issue is you’re a dangerous combo of impatient and uneducated. Can tell from your body that you don’t workout and you think starving yourself is how you become lean.

I was obese since 9. Overweight since 18 still 800/ng dl recorded on 6 hours of sleep . I build muscle easily and strength im 6’3 it doesn’t reflex on my frame and I lost all my muscle due to t3

Gym, cardio, calorie deficit and eat solely protein. Works for me when I’m dedicated to it. My favorite protein meal is ground beef, grated cheese and a bit of taco sauce
