my spine is deviated way over to the left because of my warehouse job

my neck is pinched af

probably costing me an inch of height

my knee is fucked up too
 
why would u go to those scam artists?

go to a physical therapist, not a pseudo doctor

I’d never go to one tbh, wasn’t there some nigga I think got posted on here who got paralysed from going to a shit chiropractor

Weight training improves posture which helps you look taller
well yes. training you back muscles, abdominals, neck and hamstrings improve posture

that's why i do planking

the problem is the motion of overhead press, deadlift and squatting which massively compresses the spine

i do these motions all the time at work

try these exercises



they are an amazing and functional exercise for your back, and will virtually cure any pains. I know this from experience.

they will stretch your spine as well.
