I need advice on how to get bigger doses of vitamin k2

I told my parents that i will take k2 mk4 200 mcg a day for 3 months and they were ok with it becouse doctors said it can't harm me,


I want to get a higher dosagw becouse i don't see results (Its been a month), what should i tell them?
