I did palate expansion,but my palate is still narrow at front,now my orthodontist want to flare teeth at the front but i think i would only get bimaxillary protrusion.So would ipr+damon braces be right thing to do or not,also idk how much of an overbite i have or deep bite im not really that knowledgeable also idk if i only my chin is reccesed or whole mandibule because my lower lip is at the same position as upper lip but i have big lower lip so idk,also i have jaw assymmetry my whole left side is more developed than right especially ramus and chin and i dont know how to fix it also i dont know if fixing dental assymmetry will help with that,my orthodontist like my orthodontist doesn't care about facial aesthetics he only want to make the teeth right,but he was the only guy that wanted to do palate expander and he is a chill guy he said he would do everything i suggest if he can,he wanted to do traditional braces with flaring and after that herbst,but i think damon+ipr and then herbst but i dont really know if that is possible and if i have big overbite or deep bite and is my assymmetry really noticeable i have popping in my jaw sometimes but idk if that from ramus assymmetry or reccesed mandibule chin,i need help to know what to suggest and what is my current dental and facial situation,im sorry if i didn't explain well

Id be careful about letting them just flare the front teeth for space if you’re worried about bimax protrusion. ask your ortho whether some space can be made with IPR/torque control first so they reduce proclination. I’d also ask for a ceph-based evaluation of whether your issue is dental or skeletal before doing Herbst and wther all of this affects facial aesthetics/profile. Also get your asymmetry/TMJ popping looked at before major bite changes. probs try a second opinion from an aesthetics focused ortho before committing

You are very asymetrical and its hard to tell from the photos but it looks like a whole mandibular retrusion. it doesnt seem like major retrusion perhaps mild tho
