I'm 25-28% BF, but because of my gyno, it looks like I am 30+%. I have been on grape seed extract for 6 months, and my estrogen levels are pretty low in my blood tests, and it got reduced by 50%. It used to be like 100 pg/ml, and the reference range was like 30-120 pg/ml, and now it is on the lower end around 40. I'm just going off my memory, but I know it was on the lower end, and my test went up by like 20%, from 450 to 550 ng/dl.


Pretty much 5'8 while being 210 pounds.

For the past 3 days I have been eating 100 grams of chicken and half an avocado for breakfast as well as a banana, so around 500 calories. I'll eat the same thing before I go to bed, and I eat around 2200 calories a day. I do boxing 4 times a week. Lmk what I can do to improve faster because it's kind of slow rn; I've only gone down by 0.2 pounds.

ok so i know this is shocking but if you want to lose weight faster then you have to lower your calories

Eat a raw animal ketogenic diet and go 400-600 calorie deficit it's not hard

You are most likely not 25% bodyfat then.

Unless you want to say that your muscles grew to the point of a natural amateur bodybuilder by just swimming and being in a surplus.

Most people severely undershoot their bodyfat %. It's okay.

Just eat in a deficit, organize a 1000kcal deficit and wait till you are 15% bodyfat or whatever bodyfat will satisfy you. But generally men operate better at 15 and lower %.

Take reta or tirz. Start at 1mg and up your dose biweekly til you can comfortably/effortlessly maintain 800-1000 calorie deficit. Which is steep but Is no less unhealthy than being 25% bf. Skip the clen and dnp advice. You truly don’t need the risk of those drugs when your only goal is weightloss. You can source cheaply through atomiklabz or ameanopeptides. Feel free to mark as solution

grape seed extract lowered ur estrogen levels by 50%? how much u drink and what brand?

2200 calories at 5'8 210 are we fr rn? u prob want to be like 160lbs so u should eat maximum 1600 but probably more like 1000.
also spam cardio and energy drinks

I'm not tryna get to 160, js 180. 1600 is like nothing.

I'm not sure if grapeseed did but it was a combination of stuff it's an product that is labeled as a natural aromatase inhibitor the main ingredient being grapeseed extract.

I took an inbody test if yk what that is and it said I had a fitness score of 92, and my bf was 23% at the time, but I went from 200 to 210, so im js saying 25-28% because of that.

Looking at this image, not sure if it's accurateI would definetly not say my bf is at the 30% even with my really bad gyno, my stomach looks like it's at the 18-24% bf, I have a visible 2 pack and sometimes a 4 pack in goodlighting when im not bloated and if I flex. And I definety have more muscle mass then the guy at 10% bf.

lower ur fucking calories lmfao. im on a cut rn eating like 1500 a day. idk how old you are, lock into appetite suppressants. you have to stay motivated and know ur end goal. take reta if you have to, if you dont wanna do peptides nicotine and caffeine are both great as appetite suppressants. most important thing is to adjust as you go on into your cut.

Im 17 I take coffee, but it's like a sugary one, it's an ice cappucino with milk instead of cream so it's 120 calories for a small and 270 calories for a large, but after I drink it im not hungry for a good 10 hours or smth.
 
Id js wanna get to 20% bf and then slowly make my way to 15%

Stop eating avocados their not good for you eat only 1.5k calories a days and I recommend any red meat ( chicken is fine just not as healthy ) and eat some fruit and no way shape or form should you be eating avocados or a banana tbh not a very good fruit and at the body weight the tiny bit of potassium in a banana isn’t gonna help

all those tests are completely unreliable. The only 3 reliable methods are: Expert eye, MRI, Calipers.

So if this one is right im in the 25-30%
25% bodyfat here is a trained guy who just decided to not care about his calorie intake
