I need help losing weight.

I'm 25-28% BF, but because of my gyno, it looks like I am 30+%. I have been on grape seed extract for 6 months, and my estrogen levels are pretty low in my blood tests, and it got reduced by 50%. It used to be like 100 pg/ml, and the reference range was like 30-120 pg/ml, and now it is on the lower end around 40. I'm just going off my memory, but I know it was on the lower end, and my test went up by like 20%, from 450 to 550 ng/dl.


Pretty much 5'8 while being 210 pounds.

For the past 3 days I have been eating 100 grams of chicken and half an avocado for breakfast as well as a banana, so around 500 calories. I'll eat the same thing before I go to bed, and I eat around 2200 calories a day. I do boxing 4 times a week. Lmk what I can do to improve faster because it's kind of slow rn; I've only gone down by 0.2 pounds.

ok so i know this is shocking but if you want to lose weight faster then you have to lower your calories

Eat a raw animal ketogenic diet and go 400-600 calorie deficit it's not hard

what your doing is fine it’s a slow process you just have to have patience
 
Damn how long have you been working out?
I don't work out, I do alot of cardio sports like swimming before and now boxing, I assume bc of my heavy weight my muscles grew alot instead of staying extremely skinny and lean.
 
You are most likely not 25% bodyfat then.

Unless you want to say that your muscles grew to the point of a natural amateur bodybuilder by just swimming and being in a surplus.

Most people severely undershoot their bodyfat %. It's okay.

Just eat in a deficit, organize a 1000kcal deficit and wait till you are 15% bodyfat or whatever bodyfat will satisfy you. But generally men operate better at 15 and lower %.

Take reta or tirz. Start at 1mg and up your dose biweekly til you can comfortably/effortlessly maintain 800-1000 calorie deficit. Which is steep but Is no less unhealthy than being 25% bf. Skip the clen and dnp advice. You truly don’t need the risk of those drugs when your only goal is weightloss. You can source cheaply through atomiklabz or ameanopeptides. Feel free to mark as solution

grape seed extract lowered ur estrogen levels by 50%? how much u drink and what brand?

2200 calories at 5'8 210 are we fr rn? u prob want to be like 160lbs so u should eat maximum 1600 but probably more like 1000.
also spam cardio and energy drinks
