I'm 25-28% BF, but because of my gyno, it looks like I am 30+%. I have been on grape seed extract for 6 months, and my estrogen levels are pretty low in my blood tests, and it got reduced by 50%. It used to be like 100 pg/ml, and the reference range was like 30-120 pg/ml, and now it is on the lower end around 40. I'm just going off my memory, but I know it was on the lower end, and my test went up by like 20%, from 450 to 550 ng/dl.
Pretty much 5'8 while being 210 pounds.
For the past 3 days I have been eating 100 grams of chicken and half an avocado for breakfast as well as a banana, so around 500 calories. I'll eat the same thing before I go to bed, and I eat around 2200 calories a day. I do boxing 4 times a week. Lmk what I can do to improve faster because it's kind of slow rn; I've only gone down by 0.2 pounds.
