you can see pics of me there. Any advice on what i should do? I think:

Sleep more (dark undereyes)
Get a tan
Get better skin health
Train neck (started yesterday)
Lose bodyfat (just started a cut after my 5kg bulk, now 18-20% bf)
Gyno removal (will prob wait until i'm like 18 before surgery)

Gymmaxing so you don't act like an insecure faggot, maybe learn some fighting in your gym so you also do some cardio and hormonemax. Don't get beaten, you don't want to lower your T, always spar with the twinkest dude.
