I need some basketball + volleyball players opinion maybe even football (American)

These are the sports I know have the most knowledge when it comes to bounce and how high you can jump I’ve been trying to increase my vert since the 6th grade I got it from a 22 inch in 6th raising it to a 34 inch by 8th grade but now I’ve just been stuck here i donplymetrics about 2 times a week and I play basketball almost everyday at lease a little where I lower the hoop to about 9 feet 3 inches so I can dunk but I still am not seeing improvement on it and it’s been a long time I need tips and tell me how you guys got your vertical up

jump squats w dumbbells, box squats heavy, explosive calf raises, and single leg hops on box over small hurdle.

I can help you calculate all you got to do is measure how high your standing reach is like have someone mark on a wall how high your dominant arm reaches with a good stretch and then let me know the number

I’m 6 ft and can duck a tennis ball too but depending on how long your arms are you def got better bounce that’s some crazy shit good job
