Sweet chilli sauce (low sugar version)

- Filling and Low calorie.
- Tastes good.
- Easy to prepare.
- Easy to eat on the go.

Try Salads with afew sliced steamed Meat toppings.

Kale tastes pretty good.

If you're going for lettuce try those McDonald's burger types.

Having dressings.

Do a 1 min jog 30 sec sprint frequently as it raises your metabolism.

Coffee increases metabolism as well.

Have 4 half-boiled eggs than are runny when you crack them before sleep at night. They increase your testosterone greatly.

Absolutely. Tuna are my cheat food when I'm unbearably hungry.

ALSO please eat fruits that you really enjoy.
