My face looks all chubby and childish and I have no muscle 😡😡

I don't have a belly but my body looks lean while my face doesn't. If I go on a deficit then I'll lose muscle, but I stopped going to the gym cause the mog is way too brutal 😕😕

Any advice guys?

You can workout from home 1-2x a week with a backpack if you need weight and retain muscle in a reasonable deficit easily, muscle loss is fake and gay until your so lean your hormones begin tanking or you don’t hit macros

Unfortunately you have to be a stick to have a lean face, around 10% bodyfat at your height I doubt you’d weigh more than 140 lbs with a decent physique, I mean I am 159 lbs (training four years) just two inches taller than 5’9, I weigh less than the average female where I live
^ TLDR: Not easy to put on lean mass in place of adipose tissue

Apart from the fact you are going to be light, hop on reta tbh

Well if you mean stop given you aren't working out that's up to you, if you think not having chubby cheeks is worth the effort afterwards of making cutting as easy as possible then do so, if you don't align with "lean is law bleh" then so be it as well just enjoy what you can after concluding such

^- As easy as possible is to say multiple things, putting on lean mass is one of said things but that doesn't mean you need to get jacked before cutting, another thing is abusing medicine and that's pretty much

Also, if you want to get lean there are a few things to comprehend, firstly a lean face is not easy to attain, most guys have to be in the bodyfat range 7-11% (shredded) to see hollowing, that's easily 1/1000 leanness among males age 18-50 perhaps even rarer, at-least in the US, as such is true, telling someone to go "get lean," is practically telling someone to go pickup a 145 IQ (Ye hunger signaling is gaynehtics), secondly, it takes a long time, odds are you can't operate like a robot for 16 weeks like a bodybuilder and just get peeled, you'll need to learn how to dietcuckmax and such, my last comment is that for the most part unless you have some hidden Cavil skull it's not really going to change your life

my main issue is that my cheeks have been chubby for the most part of my life, so I'm thinking that all my effort could be pointless since my chubby cheeks could still be there 😡😡😡

my question basically was, is the gym necessary if I don't wanna lose all my muscles while cutting?

Yes hitting the gym would help you keep way more muscle than if you just did a calorie deficit and didnt workout

Ah I understand I misinterpreted it sorry about that, thought you wanted me to dictatemax, the gym is not required to get lean but it helps, physical activity on the other hand is requisite as without it although you won't be in stasis everything is slowed, honestly if you just want to retain the muscle you have you can do calisthenics like 1x frequency per week and just hit the standard 0.8g protein per pound of bodyweight

Also worst case with the cheeks is you end up like Trystyn Lee and are lean but have the round docile look facially, if you actually get near 10% and see zero facial leanness then you need to make use of fat dissolvers, most niggas don't need them and just don't want to get lean (based), you are right though there is always a chance it's futile, nothing to do other than try or the opposite

I say this being someone who lifts (calisthenics, weighted) from home 1-2x a week and I've retained a good amount of muscle, though Im only 11-12% not quite hormone shutdown shredded

thanks bro, I keep hoping my cheeks will naturally become less chubbier as I grow up...

I consider myself to be a late bloomer lol. I'm like 16% bf and my face looks childish af

I still don't have hollows (or any cheek definition, and it's made even worse by my glasses) and I've been trying to get them for a while, I have heard of the fat pads dissipating with age but I don't know whether that's a fib or I just have to keep getting leaner, don't sweat it at 16% though you'd be lucky to have them so early

I look like this at 159lbs, 5'10-5'11 depending on the time of day, still look like a kid in the face but I'd guess around 12%, maybe in like 6-8 lbs I will have them but I like food too much

check your bodyfat first, i know they r relatively innacurate but its good to know a ballpark.
This will tell you what measures are needed (eg. leaning out)
