to me, u have great hair length and texture, clean skin, probably a thicker neck and someday a beard would help you, just my thoughts tho

Thanks man yeah I know I’m objectively attractive as people have told me that my whole life but getting women isn’t enough I would love to feel some sort of relish within this existence as I do not feel fulfilled.

Alar is for nostrills but ain't no fault in urs my bad.
U should rather go for thick skin revision rhinoplasty,

But this is somewhat risky and takes some time for results
