I used to have this problem when I was younger, but realized that the anticipation of the pain was wayyyyy worse than the actual pain itself. Even in my flu shots where the doctor literally stabbed the needle like 2 inches deep into my deltoid, it hardly felt like more than a little pinch.

you dont even feel the needle, just the muscle gets a real tight feeling. it can only get unpleasant if they move the needle around while its inside you but just a regular inject doesn't hurt at all.

1 inch 25 gauge is ideal. 20 gauge to draw. Don’t flex your muscle. Go slow. Pretty easy tbh.

Make sure you dont inject into a vein because youll get really sick and possibly die when you inject pull the syringe a tiny bit back to make sure theres no blood in the syringe
