So as some of you may know I have been on a leanmaxxing journey. My face looks slightly less bloated, but my belly and thighs are losing bodyfat the quickest.
Today I did it again, I relapsed. However, this relapse was much better than last time. The only meal I had prior to my relapse was a bowl of chicken. My relapse consisted of... street tacos.
I ate like 4 initially but my cravings fucked me over and I ended up eating like 8. The worst part is that I didn't even feel nearly full afterwards.
I can't do much to prevent these relapses, but I figure that when I have them I will try my best to overindulge in high-protein foods that mainly consist of meat, rather than stuffing my face with cake and brownies and feeling like a bloated fuck. I will get to 10-12% bodyfat!
